💥 Have you ever felt so stuck that you actually believed you were stuck?
Most people think coaching is about hard truths and breakthrough moments. And eventually — yes. It is. But here’s what I’ve learned after coaching many clients: An early win helps us to revive our personal power.
Not a big, dramatic transformation. Just a small, carefully designed moment where a client thinks, “Huh.” That moment is doing more work than it looks like. It whispers “Maybe I can do this” to a brain that’s been arguing otherwise.
It cracks open the door to deeper work ahead. Work that will pay off big IF we don’t let our fear continue to win.
A client came to me last week looking for tactics — an easy button. But what he really needed was a mindset shift. He needed to see the power of his thoughts and beliefs to change his reality.
So I invited him into a role-play game. With safe conditions and low stakes. I began to plant seeds — which he began to water.Â
💥 I love this moment of empowerment in every coaching session. The realization that our self-identity drives everything. And we hold the power to expand it.
I’m curious — what’s one small win that encouraged you to believe you could change something important to you in your life?Â
