> > > Take these FOUR steps:
1. Set a vision of what you’d like to achieve by December 31. (What’s really important to YOU? What would REALLY float your boat? What achievement would make you super proud?)
Maybe it’s signing up for a class. Or getting on a dating site. Or cutting up your credit cards. Or figuring out your triggers or mental saboteurs that keep you angry.
2. Give yourself permission to actually become that person. Regardless of the smack your family or friends might send your way. Just remember that if they’re not encouraging your growth, it’s because your growth and change intimidates them or lowers their influence over you. (Not your problem!)
3. Set goals to keep you energized, focused, and purposeful. Ask some trusted, supportive people in your life to hold you accountable. (Give them clear guidelines. Tell them you WANT them to call you out when you’re not living into your goals.)
4. Celebrate your accomplishments! Any time you grow, whether in a leap or a single step, give yourself a heaping high-five! (Embracing gratitude and self-love opens your life to new possibility and opportunity and love. Claim it. Expect it. Give it. Live it!).
GO, YOU, SUPERHERO!! I BELIEVE IN YOU!
